“I had an excellent 5-star experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I came in needing assistance with a passenger-side light bulb replacement, and Louis was absolutely outstanding. He was thorough, attentive, and kind from the moment he began helping me. He not only took the time to make sure he diagnosed the correct light bulb that needed to be replaced, but he also checked to ensure all of the other lights were working properly.
Louis worked quickly and efficiently, while still performing numerous checks to make sure the bulb replacement was completed with the utmost quality. I understand that changing the bulb is not required and that the store’s responsibility is the sale, so the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied truly meant a lot. I really appreciate the care and effort he put into helping me and making me feel like a valued customer.
This location makes you feel like family, and their service feels genuinely trustworthy. “Had to get my car towed here late in the evening. Excellent service here, Rodney is awesome and helped me out when I was in a bind and had a bad battery. It was late evening just about 30 minutes before closing but he didn’t want me to be stranded so he helped change my battery for me before close so that I could drive home. Will be back here certainly in the future should I need to purchase anything else for my car. Thank you again Rodney.”

“I did not know that Batteries Plus repaired cell phones, tablets, watches and others. The screen on my Samsung phone cracked and the part was out of stock at the first option I found from Samsung. None of their stores had the part and were unable to order it. I called Batteries Plus and I spoke to Mike. He was very helpful, and actually had the part i needed. I drove to his store near closing time and due to a system glitch, Mike was not able to help me that day. However, he took the time to check with other stores and he called 2 other managers to see if anyone could help me this weekend. In the end, since I was going to have to wait anyway, I chose to wait until the system glitch was resolved and give Mike my business. He is the nicest, most professional retail manager I've encountered in a long time. I will give his store and Batteries Plus my business as much as I can from now on.”

“About a year ago I came here had a battery issue and had to purchase a new battery also turned out when I pulled into the parking lot I had a flat tire.The manager showed his true hospitality and really cared for my issue at hand.A year later I did return back here and thought I had a battery issue but my battery was perfectly fine. His hospitality has not changed. I would not go anywhere else in Orlando for a battery.”

“I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts to get what I needed for an oil change, and the experience was honestly way better than I expected. The manager was super helpful and really took the time to make sure I got the right oil and filter for my car. He didn’t rush me, just gave honest advice and explained the differences between the options so I could make the best choice.
What I appreciated most was how approachable and knowledgeable he was. I don’t know a ton about cars, but he made me feel comfortable asking questions and made the whole process really simple. You can tell he actually cares about the customers.

“I stopped by this place because I happened to see a sign out front stating they replace key fob batteries. I have a four year old Toyota and ended up getting the lifetime replacement battery for 23 bucks. The manager was very helpful and friendly and it took just a couple minutes to get it completed. Highly recommend.”

“I came to this O'Reilly's because the one near my house has not emptied their recycle oil tank in about a month. This location is on my way home from work and I went to dump my oil here.
Most of the staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. The store is clean and looked to be well stocked as well.
My only issue is an employee literally just stood next to me within a few feet watching me dump my old oil. It took another employee to tell that one employee to let me be and to do something else.”

“Brought my 2022 Jeep Gladiator in for a new main battery and couldn’t be happier. Spoke with Will first—great communication—and the team handled everything quickly and professionally.
Even though they make their own batteries they were more than happy to order the Deka AGM 94R/H7 I was after and they gave me a great price! They went above and beyond by helping me to 'delete' the auxiliary battery which was failing even though I didn't purchase a replacement. Once installed and re-wired appropriately, they checked to make sure all the electronics operated normally before I left. -Very competent crew!
Big shoutout to the owner’s nephew who spent over an hour doing the install right, and another team member who 'talked shop' with me. -Just genuinely good people who know their craft.
Everything works perfectly—no electrical issues, no glitches. Fair pricing, solid work, no upsell pressure.
I’ll definitely be back—even if it’s just to hang out.
