“I went to Batteries+ on 7/10/25 for a cell phone need. The tip of a charge cord was broken off in my phone. I was unable to charge it ? To make matters worse, we had just had an unexpected death in the family and my phone had been texting/ringing nearly nonstop. The two gentlemen working that day were so kind. They had me out the door in less than 10 minutes and expressed their condolences. I’ve used this business for years because I’m a little tough on my phone. Every encounter has been excellent.
