“We recently moved to the area and are looking for new places to shop second hand. Low and behold l, we came across Second Chance Thrift Shop and absolutely fell in love with it! It is a smaller thrift store, but the items and customer service were amazing finds! Everyone we interacted with were so kind and helpful! They had a variety of clothes, home goods, cards, crafts and more! The pricing was very fair too! I am excited to come back to see what other treasures we might be able to find! Something that I really liked about this thrift store was their ability to give back to the community. It seemed as though there were other services that Second Chance Thrift Store might be affiliated with, such as food donations. They also had an area where if you had items to drop off to donate, you could do so. I love knowing that my donations are going into a more community based organization rather than a large corporation like goodwill. I am so glad to have found second chance, and can't wait to come back!”

“I've gone to this dds around december and the store was in shambles everything was run down the employees looked burned out and the managers looked tired and were unhelpful so i switched locations and i had to pick up new shoes for work and this was the only store i could go too i finally went back and the store and things change drastically the store looked cleaner the the employee were greeting me as soon as i walked in and i got offered helped by one of the manager barry i believe i'm not sure but the store looks sm better and this will be my new go to location.”

“Been here multiples and I can honestly say that all of the staff are nice and helpful, the store is always clean and organized, and the prices are always reasonable every single time. Only thing that bothers me is how rude the customers can be to the employees. It’s a real bummer coming in after a long day at work and hearing entitled people ridicule the employees but I know that this isn’t the companies fault.”

“This place is absolutely crazy busy almost every day of the week. They have a lot of product and it's constantly cycled out. Today, the line was absolutely ginormous and transgressed throughout the store and up an aisle. We decided to endure the line which was about 30 minutes as we had a couple of returns, and it would've cost us more time to go to another HomeGoods. Still, this outlet has an incredible selection and is normally well staffed.”
