It's a great system that speeds up customer service.My order was a do-it-yourself to replace the modem and router for my new desktop PC. The kit included graphic and text installation instructions, and their rep assured me I could do it. If not, she gave me the number to call for a tech.By the next morning I gave up and called for help. I was stunned! My appointment was scheduled and their tech could arrive in a half hour! Yes! Jonathan was there on time, and was done a little over an hour. Spectrum is A+ 5 Star!”
