“I have a Toyota Prius. It's a great car and I love it. It requires very little maintenance, pretty much just oil changes. I decided to get under the hood and change the oil myself. I drove around, got all the parts and supplies and started my task. I got everything done but I could not get off the oil filter. I drove to Pep Boys, they couldn't loosen it. I went to Walmart no luck, So I decided to drive further into downtown Saint Cloud and I came across Supreme Quick Lube. There were two guys working in the garage when I pulled in. These guys were so nice. I asked them how much would it cost to loosen my oil filter? They immediately took a look. After about 10 mins and some help they got it loose and they didn't charge me a dime. I gave they guys a tip and I left. They were so nice. If I need anything at all done to my car, I will definitely stop by Supreme Quick Lube.”

“My experience with this Auto Care have been different at various occasions. I took my SUV twice this month to install tires. Both times my experience was great. Let me give you my advice for a good experience. If your car needs tires buy them online at Walmart.com and have them shipped to the store. Make an appointment online to have them installed. DO NOT show up. That’s what everybody does and then they have to wait hours because the appointments take priority. Buying your tires online assures you that they will have the tire size and model that you want. When you buy online, you can see all the brands and prices and you choose exactly what you want.
If you try to go to the store to buy tires, you may not find what you want or even the price that accommodates your budget. Bill, the manager, it’s a very fair person. I have dealt with him throughout the years and he’s always been very friendly and accommodating. The cashier Alida is also friendly and knowledgeable. Joel, the mechanic knows what he’s doing. If you follow what I am saying here you will have a better experience at this store.”
