“Went to Staples to sign up for TSA pass. Could not find it so ask an associate. They walked me half way to that location to be sure I could locate it. When done, that individual gave me a coupon. I looked around for something I might need, found it and had a very nice interaction with that new clerk.. Nice visit.”
