“We came in for fingerprints. Only to find out we arrived two days and 10 minutes late for our appointment. The clerk was so kind. She was able to find our appointment and she took care of us immediately. In and out for fingerprints in less than five minutes. Ummm yes thank you. We'll come here again. Actually it took me longer to write the review.”

I decided to file a complaint and a claim with local post office.. the manager there was very helpful.. and when above and beyond to make sure it was located..
