“The clerk was very very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a pigtail connector for my alternator and a flange for my exhaust. Oddly the system did not list the gasket I needed but the clerk worked very diligently and pulled out almost everything he had until we found the one I needed, we were both very excited haha. Definitely recommend this store.”
“Been going to this location longer than its been in business (it used to be Hollywood Video). Sometimes I pass by 5-10 parts stores to get here. Plenty of the employees seem like they actually turn wrenches. The staff keeps the physical parts store afloat. They guide the weekend warriors and give them the confidence to get the job done.
There's not a single autoparts store with decent prices and immediately available inventory. Obviously no one can beat the prices of the online mega-warehouses, but most people dont to go 10 days without their car. This store has always been able to get me what I need within 24 hours.
Also, utilize the app before you go to the store. Makes everything easier. You can figure out what you need without standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Write it down and you'll know what your talking about and you'll be reassured that you are getting the 4wd windshield wipers and not the 2wd spec.”

“Really appreciate the work they did on my 1932 Chevrolet Roadster. The project offered many challenges, including no longer available parts that needed specialist rebuilding and skills to do mechanical work with systems that were sunset in the 1950's.
Additionally, they were also not fussed about storing the vehicle while waiting for parts and then my return to town - which is somewhat rare in St Pete.

“This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and both Gabe Bowman (sales) & Sylvester (Financial Manager) made the process very simple and transparent. I shop around many dealers before closing with crown Volvo and one of the important things that made me go with them it was the excellent costumer treatment. The process of looking for the best OTD Price for the vehicle I was looking for I did it through text and email with lots of dealers and Gabe always responded my questions rapidly and also gave me what I was looking for and for how much I was looking to pay. Once we agree on a number and we went to the dealer to close the deal in financing Sylvester (financing manager) was very helpful and patient to answers all of our questions and showing us every part of the contract. I will definitely buy from them again.”
“I have been looking for a car for a bit. I decided that car would be a Subaru and I wanted to try to take advantage of the year end deals. The staff worked with me to find a car that I liked in the budget I liked. At first I didn't think they were listening to my range... But they came back and we were good. It is a very slow process. All in, it took me over three hours. Everything was great but when I got home with the car I realized I was missing some parts. Sadly they wouldn't do anything to get the part for me. That was unfortunate but expected Overall it was a good experience. Just don't let the good cloud the fact that it is a used car experience.”

“This team had the utmost dedication to the job in addition to fantastic and kind service, professionalism and care. I had a difficult job at repairing my carbon fiber hood on my Range Rover that was turned down by 4 other auto body shops as an impossible task. I was going to be forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a new hood with an 18 month timeline by the local Range Rover for a defect that was a known problem from production and, of course, not covered by my warranty. Luckily I found this team who took on the task. After several failed attempts they remained resilient and found a solution to the issue, without charging me additional time and materials for their troubles and remained faithful to their original quote. The work was impeccable and my SUV is in better shape than when I first got it at small fraction of the cost I was facing, and in a weeks time. Will be pointing everyone this way for body work from this point forward.”
