The bald long haired cat guy is good just a little hard to look at that face/hair combo. Gary the manager is great and has always done what was necessary to keep me a satisfied customer. Only complaint is have an oil change bundle that includes a 6th quart of oil, buts that more of a corporate issue”
“I stopped in to drop off my dog harness-seatbelt attachment that my dog chewed almost completely through while attempting to free himself from his backseat prison. I knew it would take Amazon $5 and 5 minutes to send me a new version (likely poorer quality than the sturdy, 4” seatbelt textile of the original), but I wanted to keep it local. And I’m glad I did! Bud and Ryan were super friendly, were able to fix the fabric immediately, and were super reasonable. I couldn’t have wished for a better resolution to my issue. If you have any upholstery needs in the future, this should be your first stop.”

“I highly recommend Michelle’s Ultimate Car Care. I brought my 2008 Mazda CX-9 in because I was having some issues and wanted an honest opinion before spending money on repairs.
They took the time to inspect the car and were completely honest with me about its condition. They explained that the vehicle has extensive rust underneath and that, because of the condition, it would not be safe or worthwhile to continue investing in it. I really appreciated their honesty, especially because they could have easily recommended repairs and charged me for the service.
Even more impressive, they didn’t charge me anything for taking the time to look at the car and give me their professional opinion.
