Bud, the sales manager, was also great to work with. They worked together to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. TJ, the finance manager was very friendly and helpful as well. This is my 2nd Volvo and my 4th car from Crown. I like Joe, the service manager too; I took my old Volvo here for service. I’m very happy with my decision to buy here. “I couldn’t be more happy with this place because of the people that work there. I needed to get an oil change on my vehicle. I had gone to another place that said they couldn’t service my type of vehicle so I called Mavis tires and spoke with Doribian (i’m probably spelling his name wrong) he explained to me that they could service my vehicle . He told me that I could bring it in right away. So I immediately took my car in and serviced it and they changed my oil in less than a hour. Ralph and Doribian are amazing employees that deserve to be recognized for how personable, kind and authentic they are. It honestly felt like they were family. “Where do I even begin, Mel and his team turned my stock body skyline into my dream build. He painted and installed a full bodykit (front & rear bumpers, both side skirts). His paint match is unbeatable it matches the OEM paint perfectly. He updated me regularly and allowed me to make decisions going forward throughout the whole process. “I had been having a loud sound upon my rear doors automatically locking once I start driving. I stopped by Tire Choice and talked to Todd who diagnosed it as a bad door lock actuator. He told me to bring it in early one morning soon. I brought it in the next morning at 7:30 AM and although they were already full the manager, Mike, fitted me in. I walked home and he called late morning to discuss the repair needed and price. I picked it up around 2:30 PM and the problem was not only fixed but my car is running like ‘new’ again. Will definitely make this my. “Go To” auto repair shop from now on!??”

“I go here whenever my old 1996 Rav 4 needs a check up. Dan and his crew are always courteous, and treat me like I'm driving a new car. They are fair, and honest, and the fact that most of their business is repeat speaks to their integrity. My family has been going here for over 20 years.
Update: now driving a 2017 Subaru that has endured squirrel attack. I am no automotive aficionado, and maintaining even basic details of a car almost paralyzes me, but when I must seek vehicle advice, , Dan’s is the most non-intimidating place to go. It’s not a terrible place to hang out for a few hours.
Update: Jan 2026. Hate to keep beating this dead horse, but Dan’s is a gem of a car shop. The only problem is that once you find him, you never want to go anywhere else. So all this repeat business means he gets a lot of return business. Much as we would like to keep him a secret from the world, word has gotten out. You won’t find better or more ethical treatment .”
