Have been taking both of my BMWs to Carnovale since I saw them highly recommended on Facebook groups. All the rave reviews were spot on. Today I was in a particular predicament. I am leaving early in the morning for a long road trip up North. The last few days I heard a new click or knock in my engine compartment. With 85k miles and 10 yo car I was a wreck worrying. In such short notice I called Ross today who said “bring it by sometime today and I’ll have a look.” He and his team prioritized my car and spent over an hour diagnosing everything they could to try and find a source. They tightened everything and Ross assured me there was nothing dangerous happening and that I’d be safe to take it on the road. He lifted a world of anxiety off of my shoulders.
Ross is a BMW EXPERT. He always knows just where to look, teaches you what to look/listen for with regard to mechanical issues etc. ands he’s so honest and trustworthy. I always ask his opinion and always take his “ if it were me” advice. Exceptional customer service by Ross and his crew. I’m a customer for life. You should be too. Kathie Coyne”

“I highly recommend Michelle’s Ultimate Car Care. I brought my 2008 Mazda CX-9 in because I was having some issues and wanted an honest opinion before spending money on repairs.
They took the time to inspect the car and were completely honest with me about its condition. They explained that the vehicle has extensive rust underneath and that, because of the condition, it would not be safe or worthwhile to continue investing in it. I really appreciated their honesty, especially because they could have easily recommended repairs and charged me for the service.
Even more impressive, they didn’t charge me anything for taking the time to look at the car and give me their professional opinion.
