The owner printed off so many things for me both for school and my professional life, many times for FREE because she is an angel. She is passionate about her greyhounds and is as generous as can be. “The store is under construction or something. There is a sign that says, "we're open" though. I had stopped by another nearby Office Depot about 15 minutes before they opened. The employee who was waiting outside of the front door was nice enough to advise me of the Tyrone Square store being much bigger and having much more as far as selection. I showed up. At first it seemed there was nobody available to help. Usually I'm the type that gets annoyed by 'persistent' salespeople. Today was different though. I eventually got help from 3 people in the store. All of my questions were answered completely and thoughtfully. In my experience this is rare. I give it 4.5 stars. I really was impressed with the level of service. I mean, it was early and there weren't many customers, but it's still greatly appreciated. I couldn't round up to 5 because the appearance is a little, I don't know, 'messy?' Maybe not the best description but it is under construction. Also, the prices were okay, but not all bargains by any means. And I think there could be better selection on some stuff. Also, a peeve of mine is having to pay extra to warranty items. I mean, it would be nice to just pay a little more for quality merchandise and have the sellers and manufacturers stand behind it. Maybe I'm old fashioned. Or just old? LOL I don't know. Off my soap box!Anyways, there were lots of concerns but the service outshone all of that. I'll be back if I need more office supplies.”

“I have been a customer of this store for a long time both for UPS shipping and the attached storage facility. Recently I shipped some important financial documents from the location and contrary to my UPS experience, the package disappeared from tracking. I called several times, frantic and the staff was so very professional in trying to calm me while attempting to determine where my package was. Over several days, they continued to research and inquire. I am convinced that due to their diligence, the package was found. Someone from the store called me to make sure I knew it had been found and was on its way! I am so very grateful for their professional manner even as I was freaking out. “I had to fedex out a return and had a label but didn't have a printer to print it back, after I had used the copier to print out the label to get taped to the box and handed the box to the employee I was kindly shown that for futures I don't need to go through all that, I just needed to scan the barcode and the machine will print out the label and check it into the system for free. It only cost me like 10 cents to print it so it wasn't a big deal but it was nice to know that for future I can get it all done for no charge!”
