Recently I shipped some important financial documents from the location and contrary to my UPS experience, the package disappeared from tracking. I called several times, frantic and the staff was so very professional in trying to calm me while attempting to determine where my package was. Over several days, they continued to research and inquire. I am convinced that due to their diligence, the package was found. “This shop is run by the NICEST lady! She has a ton of beautiful greyhound dogs that spend the day with her in the Print Shack, and they are always a joy to see. I was in nursing school during the pandemic and I lost my access to free printing on campus. The owner printed off so many things for me both for school and my professional life, many times for FREE because she is an angel. She is passionate about her greyhounds and is as generous as can be. I moved away from the area, but I highly suggest supporting a small business that truly cares and shows that through ACTIONS. Thank you PRINT SHACK :)”
