“I reserved a 8" truck and upon checking in there was a young lady "cheryl" who was clearly a new employee. She however had not yet learned how to navigate the system fully. Myself being a woman of vast patience was super understanding of her being a new employee. However another employee " Killian" was walking into the building and asked" what we were needing assistance with" I said that "we were checking out our rental". He proceeded to go above Cheryl to try to get us to go to his system however Cheryl let him know she had already started working on it and if he could please assist her and he said "no" he had our reservation on his system very rudely and Cheryl said "well I would like to have someone teach me to show me how to do it and if you cant assist me then I'll wait for my trainer to come and show me". he said "fine do-it-yourself" It was very rude, unprofessional, and not a tem player especially in front of customers. Cheryl only asked for someone to be able to assist her as co-worker he should have helped. Cheryl was clearly eager to learn and he embarrassed and treated her very poorly in front of the customers. Cheryl then waited for her trainer to come and completed our checking out of the vehicle. She was super helpful and made the process uncomplicated. I am super greatful for her help for Cheryl and her willingness to learn and greet her customers with happiness and joy.”

“I needed boxes bad. I went to the UPS store and they gave me a ridiculous price for boxes so I shopped here at U-Haul and their boxes were way way cheaper. The staff here at this U-Haul is awesome.”

“Very affordable and easily accessible moving supplies (boxes, tape, etc.). This is the 2nd move where I've chosen to get supplies from this store and find it to be cheaper than other options. Can walk right in or order through uhaul.com and then choose a pickup day/time. Easy/peasy. I showed up 6 hrs earlier than my pickup time and Lucas and Grant were so accommodating, getting my order together quickly and even carrying all of the boxes right to my car and loaded them for me. I totally wasn't expecting this level of service but was grateful for it!!Felt horrible I had no cash because really wanted to tip them to say thanks but luckily I expect to make more trips to this store before my move for additional supplies, so more opportunities!I really like that I can just pickup what I need, as I need it, rather than having to be surrounded with wardrobe and other moving boxes I'm not yet using!Cannot speak to other services.”

Even though it was super busy and he had to deal with an extremely impatient customer as well, Jamari didn't allow that customer's behavior to dictate the customer service he provided. In spite of the impatient customer's constant interruptions, Jamari remained professional, courteous, and focused on his job. This young man showed that he is definitely equipped to be a great Manager.”
