Although on the pricey side, residents find it a good investment and worth it for the value-priced connection to downtown living. It is a beautiful property that makes for an enjoyable and happy living experience.
I really enjoyed living at the Exchange and would encourage others to consider it as well. It’s extremely walkable to Downtown but enough removed that you don’t hear the loud bars. The pool and other amenities are very nice. I would have renewed my lease had I not been leaving St. Pete altogether.

I love the pool and my unit! I can also walk to businesses in downtown st pete which is amazing!
