“My car was recently tapped in a parking lot, so this was my first time looking for a local paint + body shop in my 3+ years in FL. Found CC down the street from me with great reviews, an Enterprise location next door for easy temporary rental car, and they accepted the at fault driver’s insurance (State Farm) with ease.
Seamless process with the estimate and handling the rental car coordination and insurance company. Very reasonable turnaround time on their work (small dent removal + paint), and great staff who kept me in the loop start to finish, even offering pickup and drop off for me since I lived within a close radius.
Shoutout to Ynissa and their team: all very nice people who stand by their work, great people all around! Highly recommend for any level of auto body work.”

“Quick stop, just needed a battery for my key fob. Easy, right? Nope, I cannot get the fob open. I wasn't in hurry but in between customers who couldn't find something, a customer who insisted she needed a plug NOW for her tire and the salesman trying to explain why that was dangerous, he grabbed the correct battery, opened the noncooperative fob and took care of four of us in less than 15 minutes. Great service with a smile. Who could ask for anything more?!”

“Really appreciate the work they did on my 1932 Chevrolet Roadster. The project offered many challenges, including no longer available parts that needed specialist rebuilding and skills to do mechanical work with systems that were sunset in the 1950's.
Additionally, they were also not fussed about storing the vehicle while waiting for parts and then my return to town - which is somewhat rare in St Pete.

“I have been looking for a car for a bit. I decided that car would be a Subaru and I wanted to try to take advantage of the year end deals. The staff worked with me to find a car that I liked in the budget I liked. At first I didn't think they were listening to my range... But they came back and we were good. It is a very slow process. All in, it took me over three hours. Everything was great but when I got home with the car I realized I was missing some parts. Sadly they wouldn't do anything to get the part for me. That was unfortunate but expected Overall it was a good experience. Just don't let the good cloud the fact that it is a used car experience.”

I shop around many dealers before closing with crown Volvo and one of the important things that made me go with them it was the excellent costumer treatment. The process of looking for the best OTD Price for the vehicle I was looking for I did it through text and email with lots of dealers and Gabe always responded my questions rapidly and also gave me what I was looking for and for how much I was looking to pay. Once we agree on a number and we went to the dealer to close the deal in financing Sylvester (financing manager) was very helpful and patient to answers all of our questions and showing us every part of the contract. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“I am so greatful Holy Spirit led me to this Advance. I had a flat and roadside assistance came and put my spare tire on, but after i got the next replacement i did not have the extender tool to let my spare down and up. Michael was exactly like his name an Angel sent from Heaven. He was very patient with me. Michael checked in the back and there was one, but it was not labeled for a dodge ram. HE looked the part up. He said wait! Lets go see! And it worked. The price wasnt alot for such a valuable tool. He was very encouraging. He turned a stressful situation into an wonderful eye opener. I now know how to do it. I will always have that tool in my truck. He took time to show me how to do it, he help me do it. Now i know how to put the spare on and take it off. Micheal went above and beyond. Excellent sales rep and person. I am forever greatful Michael was hired to work at your store. The atmosphere was very clean and the greeting and service was above 5 stars.”
“I went to get a battery replaced in my car they advertise free installation. Was told on Saturday morning this service was unavailable because the employee was there alone. Therefore would have to wait hours for this service. Totally unacceptable.”
