I always have an excellent experience with Quest. The online appointment process makes scheduling so easy, and I’m always in and out so quickly.

I was there yesterday, August 22, and had another wonderful experience. One of the employees who helped me was absolutely amazing. I’ve actually had her before, but unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She took care of me in Room 10, and I wanted to give her some special recognition.

She was incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely just an amazing human being. I had an issue with my order, and she took the time to make sure everything was resolved. She never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond to help me.

People like her truly make a difference. If the world were filled with more people who showed that same kindness, compassion, and dedication, it would be a much better place.

Although I have only seen Sarah one time I am very pleased. I also want to commend Maryann in the referral department. She helped me with an issue I was having and resolved the problem. She was very attentive and prompt. I had left her a message and she returned my phone call within an hour. I would refer anyone to PCC.”

“I know this place gets a lot of bad reviews because people are impatient, but I’ve never had a problem here, I just go knowing I’ll need a few extra minutes. The girls are always friendly. Much nicer than quest! Only thing I don’t like is not being able to flush and wash hands after an employment drug screening, but I get it that’s part of the process, just seems gross lol”
