The wait time was very short they were actually running on time, the staff is very professional, the facility is very clean . what else could you ask for when you're going to get poked by a needle, did not even hurt barely felt it.

Great customer service. Unexpected money to be paid , just in case insurance company doesn’t pay…This is not acceptable… check insurance first , then charge patient what’s not covered/ Co-payment.

Quest does not use a wrap over the needle site ... just a band aid. As an eliquis user, once in the car the band aid burtsts open. What do I do now? I've learned my lesson, I bring a wrap with me. Quite inconvenient, and in my case, irresponsible, unsafe, and a cause for unhealthy prospects.
