“Highly recommend!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! Honest, knowledgeable, very fair pricing, and quick. Na took the time to explain what she tested and what her diagnostics showed!! It was not the battery but she could have easily charged my the $90 for a new one, I would have never known differently, but she didn't. Again, she was honest when we all know we do not always find that when dealing with things we don't fully understand!! Plus she had all the incidentals for my phone but no high-pressure to buy. Will definitely go to Gizmo again.”

“I'm very pleased with boost mobile I've been with Xfinity for so years but they've grown out of their britches and if you need help you have to stand in a queue over 20 people long if you're already stressed it doesn't work. I walked into boost they took care of exactly what I needed transfer the phone and Harry was great, he's the kind of guy that you would stop by just to say hi someone recommended to him to me out of the blue when I was in a store and I took their advice and I'm so glad that I did!”

“Outstanding customer service! Michael goes above and beyond, truly cares about every customer and 8 years of experience makes him extremely knowledgeable. Hoping the Belleview Total Wireless store never closes because Michael is the community life line as everybody loves and trusts him so we keep coming back. He will answer all your questions truthfully no sales pitch, makes switching phone companies and transferring your data etc an easy and hassle free experience. I highly recommend Michael for all of your cell phone needs! The store is clean, offers a good selection of products and prices are great. Total Wireless is the best phone company because they offer cheap plans and it’s Verizon network! :)”

“I went into the Best Buy today, no appointment because I had a work iPhone I purchase a few months ago where it asked for a passcode but I didn’t know it, so I needed a factory reset on the phone
Paul helped me, was easily workable, and got me in and out of there in like 30 minutes. Great experience”
“Due to my health I was unable to make this review when I intended to but better late than never.
I Had a situation in which one of my emails got stuck on a broken phone that partially worked and had to do a complicated ordeal to get it back and working on my new phone. Thankfully, I did get my email back and updated with the help of the MetroPCS employee. I never got his name but he's a big guy and was cooperative with helping me resolve email issues. Thank you very much sir and sorry for this delay. Keep up the good work!”
“Both Larry and Dylan were very helpful when we needed to obtain two new phones to replace our outdated ones. Larry facilitated the order, and after the phones arrived, we visited the store and Dylan completed the transition and setup. He was very patient and wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied. They weren’t in stock at the time, which was understandable with such a great sale going on, but I was still able to take advantage of the sale price and received them incredibly quickly. I ordered them on Sunday, and they were sitting in my house by early Tuesday!

“If you are having problems with your Verizon service THIS corporate office is the place to go! The staff is friendly and go beyond to ensure you get what you came for. There is a kiosk if you need to make payments as apposed to paying online. They stay busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get taken care of.”
