“Curtis in customer service is by far has the knowledge of the products he is selling to his customer's, we had a virus in one of our phones he handled it in less than too minutes and activated spam shield which we had no idea how to activate it, he is a highly qualified customer service representative for your company and this is one person who should be moved up in your company as he represents your company if a professional manner and has total knowledge of your products.”
