“I am very impressed with John at this location, he assisted me with the purchase of my new iPhone. He was honest, straightforward and very helpful. I’ll be going back to the location for him to assist me with activating my new phone, I waited to do so until my “missing calendar/events” was fixed. Below is my review of assistance from Apple, support.
Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back. Very pleased with the exceptional customer service support. Thank you!”

“Geek Squad Electronic installation is Awesome! Brought in a front, rear dash camera to be installed. It was installed in less than 20 minutes. The tech did a fantastic job! Hide all the wires and made sure cameras were working properly. Highly recommended.”
“If you are having problems with your Verizon service THIS corporate office is the place to go! The staff is friendly and go beyond to ensure you get what you came for. There is a kiosk if you need to make payments as apposed to paying online. They stay busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get taken care of.”

“After a total of 10 hours on the phone trying to resolve a transfer issue that was 100% Verizon’s fault I went to this store and was helped by Richard. He had never seen an identical issue but with his persistence with their terrible tech support, he was able to finally resolve the issue. 5 stars to Richard. 0 stars for Verizon. From a former 21 year customer.”
