This man TEXTED us photo and video updates as he was working on our car, kept us SO informed along the way, and let us choose which services to prioritize & which to postpone. I have also recommended a few new customers and I have to say that I always left very satisfied from there and I was never asked to pay more than the estimate or not have they try to sell you more work than needed. “Today my dad and I needed my battery checked and when I walked in to the store it was busy and I found Richie in the back putting away shipment . I asked him if he could help us since the store was a little busy and he stopped what he was doing to help us Not only was Richie helpful but he was knowledgeable . He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it . He answered all my questions and let me know I can come back to get my check in a few days to make sure I didn’t need to change the alternator since it didn’t pass the test . I appreciate Richie for going over and beyond and not brushing me off like most people would do and it made a real difference in my experience and in my day .”

“I am so greatfull! Thank you Courtney and Joe, so so so much. Check engine light came on this morning, stressed searching for someone to diagnose my car but quotes were pricey. Found out Autozone does it for free. I went in and was immediately tended to by Joe, who was so kind to start the process. Courtney came out to find out what the problem was too and together we all replaced the battery that was on warranty and tested a couple more things together. Check engine light is gone and they gave me a print out on a part that came up on code. Super happy I came here and they came to the rescue!”

“Gabriel and his team are absolutely fantastic. My mechanic broke the plastic on my car’s headlamp and with the downpours that plagued Miami last week, my headlamp was busted. I also had some dents that needed repairing. I sent pictures to Gabriel and he was prompt and patient in responding. The price was competitive with other quotes I got but Gabriel seemed the most affable, so I went with him, and I’m so glad I did. My car looks like new again. They even cleaned my car (inside too!) i hopefully won’t need my car repaired again but if I do, I know where I’ll bringing it.”
