“This is my first time ever renting a storage space. I have to say the customer service was amazing. Sharon the manager was so kind to everyone that she serviced as I waited my turn. She was very informative and was not only kind but genuinely sincere with every customer. I witness her deal with an unhappy customer who was impatient and rude and Sharon without getting fluster or bother by the persons demeanor handle it with grace. When Sharon began to assist me, she quickly realized an error that was made, she apologized and fixed the problem immediately.
