“I have been a long-term resident of Golfview Flats and during my time I have seen management come and go several times. I would say Snow Realty is the third or so during my time and out of all of them they have been the best, improving the residency here both effectively and on a structural level.

This review from me has been overdue for a while and there is a particular reason why. Late one night (around midnight) the neighboring unit just above mine was leaking water down through my ceiling and the walls to the side, essentially threatening to flood my unit. The usual go-to maintenance worker was out of town, the neighbors upstairs couldn't be reached despite knocking on their door, and being that it was late I was almost hopeless. I had sent off a text to the maintenance worker I was familiar with but had minimal expectations of a solution in time.

It was an hour past midnight when I got an unexpected knock at my door. I opened it up to find that another maintenance worker was there, he took a look around and told me he would be back shortly. About thirty minutes later he reappeared with a wet vac in tow and even a family member who was observing. Turns out he had been out at a party that night and dropped everything to fix the problem. And thank goodness for that because at that point I was probably about up to my ankle in water within the master bedroom and the hallway. More than an hour later and with much effort the water had been dealt with using the wet vac and several other methods. This would not be the end of it as the whole place was damp and dealing with the after effects of near flooding, so he hooked me up with a dehumidifier. Several days later the place would finally be bone dry and I have remembered that overall as the moment my respect was earned.

I have recently been to the pool area and from what I have seen the quality is better than it was previously, with a fine and non-slip material being used. This is in comparison to the past when the pool was largely underutilized by previous management, going mostly uncared for. When there are issues around the complex they are dealt with such as the time the sewer pipes beneath the building had to be replaced. We have a monthly pest extermination service that is provided to help keep the units pest free. I have been comfortable here for the past while and I think the current management is significantly responsible for why my stay has been good as of late.”
