“Best dealership in the country. Service department led by Patrick is on point. Patrick makes you feel like your the most important customer they have. The GM Oscar has assembled the right group and I don't trust my bike with anyone else. I ride 900 miles to get to them for service. Its worth every mile.”

“Got my 5-Speed B-series cable trans rebuilt by Dale at Gear Driven. Before sending it down it would always grind into 4th and generally felt sloppy. Happy to report it no longer grinds and shifts like butter and firm into gear. Shipped my transmission down from Michigan and had no issues. Dale texted me every step of the way.”

“I had an excellent experience with Peter today. aAtentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out what was going on with my car. He took the time to listen to the problem and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Peter was extremely helpful and went above and beyond trying to help me troubleshoot the issue. He was patient throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what he was explaining. What really stood out was his attitude—he was friendly, funny, and made me being all pissed off a lot less stressful. he genuinely cared about helping rather than just trying to make a sale. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find these days. Peter is an excellent representative of and should get recognition for the way he treats customers. I would absolutely come back to this location because of the service he provided. Five stars for Peter!”

“I recently had my vehicle repaired at Sawgrass Ford Collision Center and worked with Robin Turner, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted me with my insurance company, Gallagher Bassett, which took quite a long time to process everything. Despite the delays, Robin stayed on top of things, communicated clearly, and worked closely with me to resolve every issue that came up. When I received my car, I noticed that the 12V outlets were no longer following the factory default setting—which is usually around 70 minutes before they shut off. This change affected my dash camera, which I rely on to record footage even after the car is turned off. I had been receiving notifications about it through the Ford app but wasn’t sure how to fix it. Robin and I spent about 30 minutes trying to resolve it, and when we couldn’t figure it out, he quickly scheduled a service appointment for the following day to have it reset to factory settings. Even though there were unexpected hiccups with the insurance process and technical issues with the car, Robin remained professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled properly. I appreciate his dedication and the team’s effort to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend Sawgrass Ford Collision Center, especially if you get the chance to work with Robin!”

“Used them a couple times now for their Tesla collision. They do really good work, pretty much flawless, and the customer service and regular communication is pretty solid. I've noticed the improvements over the years. Watch out for the ridiculous credit card fee... But otherwise they do a great job.”
