“Good Afternoon everybody! This review is long overdue but much warranted. Crash Champions Sunrise worked on my wife's car about 2 months ago. It had pretty decent front damage on the driver side including the headlight, hood, bumper and fender. The damage was also affecting the opening and closing of the driver door. From the first day I took my car to the last day when I picked it up the staff was helpful, informative and quick to respond. Honestly the whole process was a breeze. All the repairs took them only 1 week with constant updates. Even when the headlight was on back order, they called me and told me so and also told me they would work hard to get it ASAP. They ended up getting it ASAP. All in all highly recommend these guys! Great work Crash Champions Sunrise. I really appreciate the great work you guys did. No issues other than them forgetting one screw under the hood. They knew exactly which one it was and apologized and fixed it immediately. Easily earned 5 stars.”

I was having an ongoing issue with my alternator and battery that took a few visits to get to the bottom of, and Chris was nothing short of exceptional. He didn’t just run a quick test and send me on my way — he double and triple checked everything, using his experience and intuition to make sure nothing was overlooked. You can’t teach that — that’s genuine expertise and care.
Thanks to his persistence, we discovered the alternator was in fact the problem, even though it initially tested fine. He saved me a full day of frustration, a costly mechanic bill, and a potential tow. Marius was also incredibly helpful and just as genuine. Both of them went above and beyond, showing real dedication to helping customers, not just moving through the motions.

“I recently had my vehicle repaired at Sawgrass Ford Collision Center and worked with Robin Turner, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted me with my insurance company, Gallagher Bassett, which took quite a long time to process everything. Despite the delays, Robin stayed on top of things, communicated clearly, and worked closely with me to resolve every issue that came up.
When I received my car, I noticed that the 12V outlets were no longer following the factory default setting—which is usually around 70 minutes before they shut off. This change affected my dash camera, which I rely on to record footage even after the car is turned off. I had been receiving notifications about it through the Ford app but wasn’t sure how to fix it. Robin and I spent about 30 minutes trying to resolve it, and when we couldn’t figure it out, he quickly scheduled a service appointment for the following day to have it reset to factory settings.
Even though there were unexpected hiccups with the insurance process and technical issues with the car, Robin remained professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled properly. I appreciate his dedication and the team’s effort to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend Sawgrass Ford Collision Center, especially if you get the chance to work with Robin!”
“I’ve been to plenty of Harley dealers, one thing I hate it when they seem to shark attack you and the experience in the visit turns into trying to not buy a bike. This place was amazing, they greeted me and asked what I was looking for an I told the my situation and they respected it, just browsing for now. They gave me the best treatment in any dealership I’ve ever had, a full tour and everything, even gave me the rundown with the new bike specs I didn’t know. These guys were great, absolutely will come back here to buy a bike when the time is right. Just want to say I really appreciated the experience, tour, and information!”
