“I have been a SunTrust (now Truist) customer since 1988, and this is the best and now my favorite branch. The staff in this location aims to please, and they deliver. Hats off to Lucy, a seasoned and highly skilled banker, for her patience setting up accounts for a new family member and for making overseas transactions smooth and easy! I have always found everyone to be friendly, welcoming and efficient with excellent attention to detail, which is quite important to me. The space inside is bright and clean, with a comfortable waiting area. If you have a particular need, making an appointment is a good idea to reduce your wait time, since this is a smaller branch. There is a drive up in the back with machines and teller assist by phone, and ATMs right inside the entrance. Relatively new, it is located right off University drive and offers plenty of parking. I am pleased this branch is such an important part of our community.”

“This branch was very busy when I arrived, and the staff handled it professionally. It’s important for customers to show patience and courtesy when employees are clearly assisting others. The tellers were doing their jobs efficiently, and despite a few inconsiderate customers, the team remained calm and respectful.

“I do not bank here regularly, but did go in to make a check deposit for my son. It was Saturday, and quite busy. I asked the gentleman, that I assumed was the manager, where the deposit slips were. There was a line of customers with more complex issues. He offered to handle it for me and took the check. He was back in a few minutes with the receipt. He also taught an elderly lady how she could do the same at the ATM since she had her debit card with her. I can't speak for the bank itself, but this was a positive experience for me with the bank's personnel.”

“Had to visit the sunrise branch of priority one today, in order to deal with a fraud matter. To make a long story short, we met Sheila and she was an absolute angel. She was patient empathetic kind, and very informative. She took care of closing out the old account, opened a new account for us, and advise us on certificates of deposit.
When we arrived, needless to say, we were very stressed, but when we left, thanks to Sheila, we were comfortable at the problem had been resolved, and our account and resources were safe.
