I agree with the one star reviews. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t return voicemail. I tried to contact them for two days to no avail. Finally went in person and was given different excuses, one from a customer service rep and the other from the manager. They simply don’t care! Horrible!

Great bank to do business with! Gina, Carrie and Vincent are very helpful customer service people for your banking needs. Gina does Notary service.Gina is one of the nice person there!No complaint here. I've been going here for years.

I’ve been coming to this bank for many years. Carrie Gina and vinny give incredible service. Windsome on the other hand always has a horrible attitude, Horrible customer service skills, and is generally unpleasant
