I have to say I had a great experience,
Went 4 prior metro PCs,sunshine plaza -service stinks north Lauderdale -walmart is okay just slow,
Lauderhill mall metro-rude, disgusting and will never go back,that store the service clerk was Soo rude,he need to be reported to the BBB,for horrible service and not knowing how to treat customers,(period!!!!).
The other two metro PCs- in plaza on sunrise Blvd and sunset strip and the next on university drive after Walmart plaza, they were just extremely sloooooow.”

Ladies that check receipts are always nice but I caught another indoor staff in a blatant lie just because she didn't want to be accommodating (I didn't address it). I still made the purchase because it's what I came for but if I had time, that interaction would have sent me shopping elsewhere ??♀️”

“The service I received ion January 19th was VERY HELPFUL!!!!!! considering the day I was having and the fact that I was at the AT&T Store on Sunrise BLVD next to Starbucks that didn’t help me at alll. Juan, Nicholas or Marcus helped unlock my mother’s phone to transfer to another phone and got it done in under 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and I was out within the hour. Juan the manager was extremely helpful and shared insight on what the AT&T store refused to do and should have done. I’ve been in customer service for almost 20 years and this is as good as it gets here at the Samsung store in Sawgrass. I recommend anyone that needs quick and efficient service to come here. Once again thanks .”

“Only 4 stars. The place is very clean and the cashier was friendly. I went in to get the $3 grill deal. Which includes chips and big gulp, unfortunately. Once again, they had no 7-Eleven chips and the buns were cold. No sauerkraut, this seems to be a theme lately. I visited other stores and had the same results. Otherwise, I do use their gas with the Rewards which workouts welll.”
