“Just wanted to thank Stan of the Boost Mobile Store for helping me transitioning my mobile service from Xfinity to Boost Mobile yesterday. There were several technical issues unrelated to the service but despie that he was a pleasure to deal with and stayed on the phone with Boost customer service and escalated the matter until resolved. He was calm, professional and very kind. I am very happy about the change, not just because of the better rates and plan but because Stan made it possible, as probably most people would not have been as effective and professional as he was and I would have left the store.”

“Jequan did an amazing job. I had an excellent experience getting my phone repaired! The service was outstanding, professional, and efficient. Although finding my home was a bit difficult he still took the patience to find me and not have me lose my appointment. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing a phone repair. Thank you for a job well done!”

“If this is the metro PCs in the jacaranda plaza with Walmart and Domino pizza I have to say I had a great experience, Went 4 prior metro PCs,sunshine plaza -service stinks north Lauderdale -walmart is okay just slow, Lauderhill mall metro-rude, disgusting and will never go back, that store the service clerk was Soo rude,he need to be reported to the BBB,for horrible service and not knowing how to treat customers,(period!!!!). The other two metro PCs- in plaza on sunrise Blvd and sunset strip and the next on university drive after Walmart plaza, they were just extremely sloooooow.”

“This target is massive and has a lot of grocery options. They seem to have a lot in stock which is nice and they do replenish most items within a week or two. The only downside is really the bedding area seems smaller than usual with less options. They do have a stellar travel size section in their health/beauty area.”

“It took seven months but they honor me what they promised. Sales lady was very helpful, however only until my 6 lines were t mobile, after that help was gone. Things were done because I was calling and going to the store... I felt I was begging for something, something that I was promised , but that was my right . It ended ok but just to know ,they don't worry about their customers reviews, manager's words. Thank you tho.”

“The service I received ion January 19th was VERY HELPFUL!!!!!! considering the day I was having and the fact that I was at the AT&T Store on Sunrise BLVD next to Starbucks that didn’t help me at alll. Juan, Nicholas or Marcus helped unlock my mother’s phone to transfer to another phone and got it done in under 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and I was out within the hour. Juan the manager was extremely helpful and shared insight on what the AT&T store refused to do and should have done. I’ve been in customer service for almost 20 years and this is as good as it gets here at the Samsung store in Sawgrass. I recommend anyone that needs quick and efficient service to come here. Once again thanks .”

“The items are great. I always find what I need. Ladies that check receipts are always nice but I caught another indoor staff in a blatant lie just because she didn't want to be accommodating (I didn't address it). I still made the purchase because it's what I came for but if I had time, that interaction would have sent me shopping elsewhere ??♀️”
