“It took seven months but they honor me what they promised. Sales lady was very helpful, however only until my 6 lines were t mobile, after that help was gone. Things were done because I was calling and going to the store... I felt I was begging for something, something that I was promised , but that was my right . “The service I received ion January 19th was VERY HELPFUL!!!!!! considering the day I was having and the fact that I was at the AT&T Store on Sunrise BLVD next to Starbucks that didn’t help me at alll. Juan, Nicholas or Marcus helped unlock my mother’s phone to transfer to another phone and got it done in under 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and I was out within the hour. Juan the manager was extremely helpful and shared insight on what the AT&T store refused to do and should have done. I’ve been in customer service for almost 20 years and this is as good as it gets here at the Samsung store in Sawgrass. I recommend anyone that needs quick and efficient service to come here.
