This shop went out of their way to get a OE factory replacement from another shop of theirs to make it happen since they didn't have it in stock at this location. Phone feels brand new again. “I took a dead Lenovo laptop that had dropped on its side, right next to the power switch. I had little hope of being able to get it fixed at a reasonable cost.When I took it to uBreakiFix, I was greeted by Todd. He was friendly, courteous and very candid about what might be required to get it fixed.A few hours after I dropped it off, Todd called and informed me that he had fixed it. What surprised me even more was the more-than-fair cost of the repair.Having moved to the area recently, I'm glad to have found a great electronic repair shop with honest people running it.I highly recommend uBreakiFix in Sunrise, FL.”

“I went in to this store with an issue with my work phone. I was suddenly unable to send or receive imessages. As a self employed saleswoman, that was very stressful. I had already tried calling 611 for help, I had spoked to Apple tech support, and I was told I needed to purchase a new phone. So I did, and the problem persisted. So I decided to just bring the phone in. Stan helped me and quickly and began trouble shooting. When he realized we'd have to contact Apple, he began making the calls and talking to the techs for me. That was greatly appreciated, as I was already really stressed over the problem. After a few tries and disconnections with Apple, Robert came to help as well. These guys spent half their shift with me, when they knew I wasn't even going to buy anything. And when I say these guys tried everything, they tried EVERYTHING. They had to call Apple a handful of times for me. The Apple representatives were very rude to both of them, while they both responded politely and with patience. In the end, they got to the bottom of the problem. It was something that Apple should've been able to see from the very first call I made, and had nothing to do with the phone or the service. If I could give Robert and Stan 10 stars, I would. They don't know this but they saved my day.”

“This is my second go to target whenever I need anything, it's also a great place to stop in while you're making your way through the Sawgrass mall. Whatever you are looking for, this target usually has it, from groceries to electronics, it's all there. It's a really big target, pretty organized for the most part, although sometimes I go in and it can be messy. It is busy for the most part but the lines do stay short. It has a Starbucks inside, never really had to deal with the staff but the people by self checkout are always nice.Overall, a great target to hit up if you are in the area.”

“One of the better boost mobiles around. There are two gentlemen who are at the store and their American English is not so great but, they provide wonderful customer service to the best of their abilities. They also help the customer in choosing a plan that is right for them and their budget. I give it four stars because the location is in a very crowed lot with pot holes and a lot of beggars outside by the store. Other than the outside issues this store has very professional individuals whom have a sense for great customer service.”

My husband finds the store overwhelming and too busy for him, so most of the time, I am the one going in, while he waits in the car.Their selection of snacks is always good, large and well priced. This store is very nicely organized and well lit. If you are familiar with Walmart Supercenters, it's easy to find your way around, just by looking at the nice signs above the specific sections.Love the self checkout lines...they move quickly.”

At check out their systems did go down so we had to wait for it to come back up to finish checking out which took about 15-20 minutes.”
