Customers say the store is polite and helpful, with super helpful staff and attentive service. The outlet is worth a visit, but lines can be long and hot, so early or later visits are recommended. Waiting for an hour in the heat can make shoppers want to buy. The store has good products, but not all items are available. Customers praise the manager and staff for 10/10 customer service skills and a smile the whole time.
Sales associate Angelica is amazing and so helpful. She takes the time to ensure i find just the right piece. the managers and majority of other staff members however, are rude.

Not alot of options in shoe department, nothing else was a must see/have. Store is beautiful options were limited.
