“The sales clerk, Marjorie was extremely patient with me and professional in helping me with my decision to buy yr product. This was a return purchase to be delivered out of state and yr associate was accommodating. She is a "breath of fresh air" in these times and in these United States of America. She should be in training as a customer service rep to include more training for whoever is the manager on site. My experience was negative in regards to the in-house manager and her obvious neglect in assuring customers within her presence were having a pleasant shopping experience in Mattress Firm's store. That manager should never be in front of store until her basic customer skills have improved.”
