“I just came back from your store on sunrise blvd … and I think you should know the following… I went to two other stores with my wife and problems on her phone …we are AT&T customers for more than 45 years and they told us that they do not fix phones in the store and I would have to go to the geek squad at Best Buy ..but at this store at 7900 w sunrise blvd Darlene fixed the problem in 15 minutes.. she is definitely the best or the GOAT ..thought you should know ..have a great day”

“Tonight Jason represented the epitome of what excellent customer looks and sounds like. His tone, his attitude, his demeanor was all so welcoming from the moment I walked into the store. He assisted me from start to finish with the information needed to return a recently purchased IPhone 16. Then Jason ensured my IPhone 11 was reactivated and all apps and data restored as needed. Per my request, because I’m not familiar with return policy and procedure, Jason restored the IPhone 16 back to factory status, packaged it and taped it for me. So all I need to do now is print label and take to UPS location for shipping. And while all this was taking place, another young lady working brought me 2 T-Mobile glasses from Tuesday giveaways which was not requested but greatly appreciated. The entire experience at this location was phenomenal after calling the Sam’s Sawgrass location where I purchased the IPhone 16 and going by the T-Mobile location closer to my home at 2600 Broward Blvd and not receiving any useful assistance. A big Thank You goes out to Jason and the management team that runs this location. I will make the drive to this Broward Mall location for all future cell phone needs.”

“This store helped my friend with the account issues as if we were in a 5🌟 hotel lol. The bill had an additinoal charge because a discount was not applied correctly, and the manager Amber (she is the best!!) was able to figure out what wasn't working, inmediatly took actions and got the problem solved. The level of profesionalisim was top notch!”

“Juan was an amazing help working with me and my specific situation to ensure that I was able to get the phone I wanted despite having to work around several difficulties along the way! He was very thorough in making sure that he answered all of my question, concerns, and problems to the utmost accuracy and provided me several solutions to worries that I had standing in-between me and my new phones purchase. You can tell that Juan really cared about helping me out because when I left the store assuming I wouldn't be able to buy through him, he went as far as continuing to solve my roadblock that we were running into when I was in the store even after I left he was still working diligently not letting my failed attempt at a purchase go unresolved. He messaged me with the good news and he was almost as excited as I was and now I will be the proud owner of a z fold 8 finally after all of these years a foldable that I have been wanting, my first foldable after 8 iterations/generations of them Juan was able to make it happen for me and was the difference maker and the problem solved where nobody else was since the first fold released all of these attempts ago! Some stories do have happy endings thanks again to Juan and I recommend anyone who wants to upgrade or get a new phone with Verizon go see Juan at this Verizon store he is simply the best!! And so is his manager who helped him to work with me and make this all happen I will be editing with her name also when I get it!”
