“Excellent customer service! The staff at this location were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made my shopping experience very pleasant. This was a completely different experience compared to the Dolphin Mall store, where the staff have always seemed unfriendly and unpleasant. I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown here. Highly recommended!”

“Davia & Leon please make sure you come to Sawgrass to the puma store. These two people was willing to help no matter how long it took if I was on decisive or what they have patience and they show excellent customer service so if you’re in the Sawgrass area stop into the puma and ask for these two I promise you you won’t be disappointed. God bless.”

“I just wanna say a big tanks and mention the exceptional attention, professionalism and customer service from the two nice, friendly and smilling lady's that make my day. I was trying to purchase a winter jacket from my sister and best friend in Portugal for an event in Bariloche/Argentina. We were on a face call and first all I was already friendly and enthusiastic by Sarah who helped later at the store to trying out the jackets and even end up filling the size and color that my sister wanna. Just super cool exceptional she was. She walked to the cashier and then Khyra beautiful smile and professionaly ask me about my details for be able to check out and be able to pay explain me all the smooth process. Once again thank you beautiful ladys! I really do appreciated! And for sure make me my sister day the best. Kudos and The North Face take care of them. They are really The North Face the Beautiful Smilling Face”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the store, thanks to Mike, the Store Manager, and Venessa, the cashier! They both went above and beyond to help me with my return and purchase. They were incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mike was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of, while Venessa provided excellent customer service and was so pleasant throughout my checkout. “Came in last night with my son’s girlfriend and was greeted and helped by a young girl Kaylin. My sons girlfriend noticed the buy one get one half off jeans deal and went to pick two pairs. The store nor online had her size for a black pair, so we bought a blue pair in her size and a shirt found by Kaylin. Went the extra mile to find us the shirt, size in the blue pair, and what to look up when the black pair comes back in stock. Great staff and atmosphere!”
