On Friday, I went there to ship a package to my sister, and as things happen, the delivery was having issues. Trying to get through to UPS Corporate was a nightmare, but after I called them, Jason and Luis were all over this and got the issue resolved very very quickly.

I also want to say a few days ago I went to Office Depot (since this store was closed due to its schedule), and it took me 2 hours trying to understand some machines to make only some copies with no humanitarian attention to advise you, they only have a paper with some instructions to guide you . I told myself (I'm young and it was difficult for me to understand everything if I were an older person with an emergency with papers I wouldn't be able to do it), of course I thought a lot about my favorite store and I valued them much more.

“Very disappointing service today! I drove from Palm Beach County only to be told by a representative that my package (small in size about 15 lbs) for my mom couldn’t be delivered to her. I was told that it’s at the discretion of the office in Jamaica…I told the representative that it was done before hence my reason for driving there.
