“I moved in last November, Rodney has always helped me when needed. The apartment is spacious, lots of rooms, they are working on removing people who are loud, but I must say it has gotten a lot better since new management. Rodney is doing an amazing job… Ericka, she is a sweetheart, she is always smiling and greeting you, she sends text when you have packages. She’s helpful and she listens, … management team has also improved since moving in with new manager involved in fixing things in a timely manner and correctly. No complaints here. I definitely don’t regret moving in nor staying… some people who left some of the comments are some the same ones who got evicted or are loud and annoying! Def would renew my lease and stay longer… Rodney your doing a wonderful job..Ericks so are you! I love having y’all at the office. Thank you for a awesome peaceful experience:)

“The staff and management of Jackson Square are professional, friendly and accommodating. I was there for about 15 years and have never had a problem that this team has not addressed fully and resolved. Baileigh has always been attentive and made my move-out easy. If not retiring, I would be there for another 15 and enjoyed a great place to live with owners/management who care!”

“I lease at Stadium Center, and have faced little no to issues with the community. Today, I faced q challenge that felt insurmountable. Issues with my mail had me at a low point, but thanks to the incredible help from two of Stadium Center’s employees, I managed to successfully resolve the issue. Brianna and Savannah were friendly, approachable, decisive, and helpful when dealing with my issue. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them, and I can honestly say that it was one of my best service experiences to date. I’m glad Stadium Center takes such good care of training their employees to the quality that they showed me today.”

“I lived here for the past two years (would be a third if I wasn't transferring!), and have pretty much enjoyed my living experience here. Whenever I had problems with my unit, maintenance always showed up timely and fixed the issues. I've had some problems regarding the resident portal we use to pay rent, but a quick email to the office always solved the problem. Can't beat the location by FSU and the price!”

“If I could give this place 100 stars I would!! I’ve LOVED living at MAA Southwood Apartment Community!! The area is quite beautiful, and they do a great job with keeping everything clean!! My apartment was lovely, quiet, and filled with lots of natural light. And the management team was PHENOMENAL. The person who helped me the most was the APM Nickie Campbell. She was so attentive and helped me with any concerns or questions that I had!! The overall management team’s professionalism, prompt responses, and friendly attitude made the whole community feel more like home!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!”

“I’ve been living here in this complex for about 8 years, started in the 2 bedroom then moved to the 3 bedroom. Things were a little rough as far as communication and getting work orders done but this was during the pandemic and everyone was struggling around this time. Overall, Things have improved and after getting to know the office staff over the years they are family oriented and welcoming. The neighborhood is usually calm and the people in my building are friendly.”

“Legacy Student Living is such an inviting and friendly community. The staff puts effort into ensuring that residents are happy and taken care of. In addition to this, the short walk to campus and Publix, Target, etc. made not having a car so much easier. I love spending time by the pool and making the most out of the business center. I've greatly enjoyed my time here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for spacious, affordable housing close to campus.”

“I have lived here 7 years and never had a bad experience at all. I need some maintenance in my home and I have a pet and she pretty much takes over the place while I am at work. Both Ginger & Richard came to see what was going on and made sure my pet did not leave. The issue was solved in a timely matter as always. Something as needed a light bulb change they both will be there for you. This is why I call Savannah Sounds my home. Clean place and a very safe place to live as well.”

“Love love living here, don’t be so alarmed over negative reviews, this is COLLEGE town, so guess what those “luxe” apartments are a scam, more garbage than any other apartment in the area ( I would know from a previous complex) and management is TRASH at those places they just want your money and to sell you on their amenities that are always out of order and unable to be used, HOWEVER, here at Seminole trails I’ve had no complaints, ALL of management and staff have been nothing but kind and always willing to help or find a solution, with ACTIONS not just words, ( plus they have the best maintenance guys ever!) these apartments are older, but you can’t beat the price especially for the 1X1 and the amenities and events that they provide here, whatever issue I’ve ever had with my apartment ( which guess what is what happens in college apartments of many people moving in and out of) THE ISSUE IS ALWAYS fixed, and if not maintenance is always happy to help and come back around to assess the issue, you won’t find another crew like these guys, but being harsh and rude will get you no where, and if you’re worried about bugs 1. This is Florida there is going to be bugs 2. When it rains the bugs are gonna def show up but 3. IF YOU ARE CLEANNN you won’t have ANY issue with bugs, I’ve seen maybe 3 almost microscopic roaches and it was only after rain, WHICH IS NORMAL IN FLORIDA being cleanly does not just fall onto the apartment complex staff but it falls onto the resident as well and all I’m getting at here basically is it’s a team effort, and this apartment complex does there part of the team and that’s for damn sure! You can’t beat this location between TSC, FSU, or even FAMU, I never run late to class because TSC is literally 3 minute drive from here and it’s the perfect apartment for new residents to Tallahassee to get their foot in the door.”

“My daughter lived at Jake’s Place her Senior year at FSU. Love the location as it’s an easy walk to campus. Beautifully renovated private apartments. Residents are very quiet and typically grad students. Perfect for the serious student who doesn’t want the party scene at their complex. Highly recommend Jake’s Place.”

“I signed at College Town apartments last year for my first college apartment and have been more than pleased with the staff. The location is great as it is located in the heart of College Town. The staff has been nothing but wonderful but especially Danielle has been the most helpful. She is able to answer any questions that I had about the apartment complex. She is nicest and most understanding when helping students with their first apartments. I have been so happy at this complex that I have decided to live here next year again.”

“I live here and have only had good experiences. The staff with the apartment has always been super friendly and happy to assist with a questions. Specifically Danny has helped the most with any problems I have encountered.”

“TAKE DETAILED PICTURES/VIDEOS WHEN YOU MOVE IN!! My biggest advice is to make sure to take detailed pictures/videos when you first move in because they will charge you for damage that you might not have caused. There are also no cameras in the parking lots, and multiple people I know had their cars damaged and there was nothing they could really do. Aside from that, I have lived here for two years and it was an overall great experience. The location is convenient if you go to FSU/TCC/FAMU and the surrounding area is much more quiet compared to collegetown. The maintenance staff is very accommodating and always fixed any issues we had either that day or the next. Overall, great college apartment for students living on their own for the first time, but make sure to protect yourself and document everything!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. The location is great, easy access to I-10. It is quiet, the staff is fantastic. (Especially Vanessa who goes out of her way to answer any question you have). There is constant communication sent out keeping residents up to date. For the few maintenance request I have put in, they have been addressed next day. I highly recommend Lory of Tallahassee to anyone moving to Tallahassee.”

“BEFORE Mrs. Tawana took over, this place was absolutely a nightmare the previous management didn't post rent payment to the tenants ledgers causing individuals to be evicted or having to defend themselves in court and against their predatory attorney The Thrasher Law Firm. But SINCE Mrs. Tawana took over this place is improving on so many different levels, from the cleanliness, to the administrative side of things, and also on a maintenance level. As a local and seasoned Property Manager myself, Mrs. Tawanna is the key to this property's success! Thank you Mrs. Tawana for everything you've done for my mother and straightening out a mess created by the previous managers!”

“Quantum on West Call is a very nice, clean building. Wish they had planned for more parking to avoid wait lists. The people there were extremely helpful in answering questions. We worked with Noelle Dennis and she was extremely professional and helpful. she also lives in the building so that was helpful. We decided on the spot.”

“The gym is solid, with everything you could need. With the hot tub and pool area it feels like a mini resort. There are tons of study spaces too and a really cool theater room.

It’s important to remember that the people who work here are just people and will do what they can to help you.”
