Jake's Place Apartments has great management and staff who are helpful. The location is close to campus, making it easy to walk. The apartments are beautifully renovated and private. Residents are quiet, mostly grad students. It's perfect for serious students who don't want a party scene. The staff is great at fixing problems quickly. Jake's Place is a great place to live, especially being close to campus and affordable.

Having just signed a lease for Jakes place for my son who is going to FSU in the fall, I cannot recommend Jakes place enough !
This is mostly down to the manager Dwayne Peterson who is professional, knowledgeable and informative in all aspects

My daughter lived at Jake’s Place her Senior year at FSU. Love the location as it’s an easy walk to campus. Beautifully renovated private apartments. Residents are very quiet and typically grad students. Perfect for the serious student who doesn’t want the party scene at their complex. Highly recommend Jake’s Place.

Staff is great and very helpful! Especially Ethan, he’s always very nice and will work to fix any problems I have quickly.
