“Took my 2010 Ford Fusion here as a last resort after seeing the good reviews. They were not lying! Though the problem wasn't able to be solved, they gave me a detailed description of the issues without charging me, unlike the last place I took it to. “Jake's Brakes came highly recommended by friends , and they did not disappoint. I heard the tell-tail metal scraping sound, so I figured it was time for brakes. I took it in and they checked it out. It ends up my brakes were fine, but a rusted piece of metal came lose and was scrapping on them, making the noise. They fixed it for 20 bucks and had me on my way. A lot of shops would just do the unnecessary work and overcharge you for it, too. I'll definitely be back!”

“Was doing a cross Murica road trip when my front brakes blew out at 5000 miles in. I shoulda done them before the trip but... anyways.. these guys had me up and Rollin again in 2 1/2 hours and I called at 5:15 pm on a Friday. “I cannot say enough good things about Bass Auto Repair. I have been going there since Al Bass still owned it and continued when Charles took over. They are honest and reliable and have saved me thousands of dollars. Today, they let me know that my issue was a recall and to take it to the dealership. They printed everything I needed to show the dealership and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. At first, the dealership tried to say they didn't have to fix it, but since I had all of the info Bass Auto armed me with, I am now having the work done for free. For that, my mother, father, and boss have all told me that Bass will be their new mechanic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“What great service on a Saturday afternoon!! After I had parked in the disabled space, Johnny came up to me, took my wheeled walker out of the car for me, held the door, and walked me into the waiting room. The man at the register (I wish I had gotten his name) could not have been kinder; after making sure I was comfortable, he researched immediately to make sure they had wiper blades to fit my car. After the man at the register quickly changed out my windshield wiper blades, Johnny pulled my car up to the curb, walked me out, and loaded my walker into the car again. I'll be using this location forever!!”
