Service scheduling is terrible. First appointment at 7am is NOT first appointment even when I explained to the scheduler and also at the drop off that I needed for work the that day. I even wrote down that I wound call at 8am. At 9am they had not even looked at the ticket. 7 am means it is line at 7am.
