“My son’s truck needed some extension repairs and some maintenance was due. Since we were headed out of town for the week for funeral we left it for them to work on it. They had work done by time we got back into town didn’t have to shuffle cars around to get to work. I also like that they have an Ex Toyota technician working now working for them.”
“Had the pleasure of getting my rotors serviced here last week, office manager was out for the day but the senior tech helped with everything and was pretty personable. My wait time was only about half of what they told me and were pretty spot on about the quote after inspection, only off by a few bucks. Hard to find techs that actually have experience and know what they're doing. This place is solid.”
“A2Z Auto Repair truly came through for me when I needed it most. After being without my car for about two weeks, they were able to properly diagnose the issue and get it fixed when I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

“Easily the BEST automotive repair shop I’ve ever dealt with AND they have a student discount. I have a 1999 Mazda Miata and I’ve taken it to them 4-5 separate times now for old aging car things. Brian and Travis are the most honest and knowledgeable people I’ve met in the car business. I’ve had a full front main seal rebuild that has been flawless, major exhaust work done by them also flawless, the annoying knock sensor replaced (if you own an older miata you know or are soon about to find out), and other small maintenance repairs done by them over the past year; always fair pricing and a great timeframe for the work to be done. Safe to say my daily driver miata is still on the road because of these guys.”

After hours of looking at shops I found several recommendations for Jowers. Went in with her and didn't even have to. “I had a nasty grinding noise at certain speeds in my car, and I had initially taken it elsewhere. The original shop made me chase them down to get the quote for my car and eventually quoted me $2000 despite not being able to tell me any details beyond a laundry list of parts needing replaced.
I did some internet research and Import Authority was one of the recommendations. Seeing that they're super close by and not a chain, I called and asked if I could get a second opinion. They said yes and that they might have time to check that day, so I dropped off the car.
I got a call two hours later with a full breakdown of everything that could be making a mysterious noise at the front of my car as well as what was most likely causing my problem and a recommendation for some other things that could be fixed based on how long I want to keep my old car. Despite the car having a few things that could stand to be fixed, I never felt like I was being upsold or lied to.
Anyway, this place is super friendly, knowledgeable, and they saved me $1500 in unnecessary repairs. And the vibes inside are great, and my car sounds normal now!”
“GREAT experience with this shop!! I recently called in a panic looking to get a bypass kit installed on my son’s 2009 Tundra and to also have a complete inspection performed on his truck. Another shop in town had quoted me an outrageous amount and I needed to have the work done asap!

“if you have a child in college that needs a car repair, I really recommend coming here. The people are so nice and helpful. We had to get front struts before our trip back to Pennsylvania and Joe had it all set up for us. Took three hours. Still hearing strange noise in the car so I took it back and they test drove it with me and heard the same noise and were able to determine that it was the brakes. They fixed it while I was waiting I couldn’t have asked for a better service or a nicer people.”

“Car bad been sitting for a while (friends place tallahassee)while I was abroad and the tires were low. Also, wanted to travel back to MD, and wanted to get tires checked to make sure I can drive back home. I called Mavis Tires, they got me in and out. Didn't charge me anything. My tire sensor light was on, they refilled all four tires with air and showed me how to recalibrate the sensor to reset it. I was thinking I was going to have an expensive bill, and I said how much do I owe you. They said its free...that was blessing. If I would have went to any other tire place they would have tried to take advantage of the opportunity to sell you new tires and u know the rest how it goes when you take your car in for service. So, far car has been fine. Will definitely recommend them and if I need service if ever I'm back in Tallahassee because (FAMU alumni ) will be returning there.”
