“I cannot say enough good things about Bass Auto Repair. I have been going there since Al Bass still owned it and continued when Charles took over. They are honest and reliable and have saved me thousands of dollars. Today, they let me know that my issue was a recall and to take it to the dealership. They printed everything I needed to show the dealership and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. At first, the dealership tried to say they didn't have to fix it, but since I had all of the info Bass Auto armed me with, I am now having the work done for free. For that, my mother, father, and boss have all told me that Bass will be their new mechanic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

After an awful experience at the shop across the street, Precision Tune Auto Care, I took my car here instead and was so impressed with how easy their process for getting quotes and approving them, their communication, and speed were all incredible. I had purchased a set of OEM tires/rims from a friend but the local Tire shop would not install them since I didn't buy the tires from them, so I gave Dustin a call and he was quick to install the set for me. He was fast, efficient and has a vast amount of knowledge on what he is doing. He even gave me some advice on where to get a professional alignment done, which worked out great! It's really nice to be able to call someone who is also an ASE Certified Master Mechanic that can help you get things done instead of having one of the local High School kids work on my vehicle at a Tire shop. Your tires are the only thing touching the ground when you drive, so why not go with someone you know you can trust to get the job done right! Give Dustin a call!”
