Price is outrageous for a replacement battery. $35 for a battery? I'll pass and go back to the guy on tenn st and get my batteries for 15$ or amazon for $6. Not to mention the guy on phone sounded like he hated his job.. didn't care.. or was completely stoned.

I don't know how anyone could have a bad experience. They are always really helpful, have great prices for repairs, and give great offers for old phones. I send all of my friends here because of my experience, and everyone has thanked me. Definitely stop by and check what they can do for you before going anywhere else!
