“I bought the BlueWorld GardenFall Dark Copper floor fountain with mirror from Water Gallery LLC. The day of arrival came and the delivery company got the very large crate to the bottom of 3 flights of stairs and said this was as far as they had to take it, after much arguing I had them put it back on the truck and take it back. I called Doug from Water Gallery and he promised to fix it and have it redelivered. At no cost to me he set it up and the shippers redeliver it inside my house. As fate would have it, when I unpackaged the fountain there was a very noticeable scratch on the frame. Once again Doug promised to make it right and after attempting to match the paint he shipped me a new fountain to replace the one I had. If I ever find a place for another fountain, this will be the only place I come to buy it. Not everything works out as planned but with excellent customer service like this I couldn't have imagined it working out better!”

“This place is so cool! Lots of great furniture and other decoration pieces. Prices can be a little on the high side due to the premium quality of some of the pieces, but deals can be found as well. I love to swing by every few weeks to check out the selection!”

“Christine is absolutely wonderful to work with. My girlfriend and I had the overwhelming task of furnishing a new house we are moving into together and Christine was there every step of the way for all of my mundane questions and even giving great opinions. I am miles away in NY and she made this process as easy as can be and kept us focused on being excited for the new place. Thanks so much!!!”

“Had everything I needed to make my new apartment absolutely ADORABLE. Cute tiger rugs, leaf shaped rugs, lanterns, mirrors.. everything. The stuff there is great but what really serves the 5 star review is the amazing teamwork of the staff. We ended up leaving with 4 carts of stuff plus 2 mirrors, an end table, a lamp and 2 pieces of furniture.. the team worked together to get everything I asked for and they did it efficiently and very professionally. I’ve been to world markets all around the country but this one stands out in terms of customer service and satisfaction:)”

“Kayla, the young woman at the front register today was the best example of friendly and efficient customer service. She greated everyone, acknowledging all the customers in line, and calling them up to her register individually, making the wait perfectly acceptable.”

“I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesn't go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesn't go unoticed. I've worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!”
