“Classic scenario: I broke my phone, hadn't backed up my photos, and wanted to transfer them to my new phone. I visited a local CPR store and talked to the sales/tech (Alan?), who gave me a price of less than $100, if a gave him the phone, and about $100 more if I wanted the phone back. I said that I'd give him the phone. He said that he'd have a new screen in 3-5 business days, at which time he could transfer the pix to my new phone.

A few days later, he called and said I could come in and get the photos transferred. I did and, maybe 90 minutes later, the process was finished. And then he reset my old phone so it nothing of mine left on it.

Everything delivered as promised and at a reasonable price!”

“Now that I am not, and never was, a member of the staff here, I have to say, what AMAZING service. They are all knowledgeable, quick to solve any problems I may have, and just a good time! Why would I ever need another cellular carrier? Trick question, I won’t! AT&T (specifically this store) has my service, probably for life, now that I think about it. If you are reading this, STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING and get to the Verizon store on W. Tennessee St. TODAY — because Max and Jack are not regular sales reps… they are once‑in‑a‑lifetime customer service superheroes.

I walked in stressed, frustrated, and honestly DONE with every other carrier on the planet. Boost Mobile? Disaster. AT&T? Great people but couldn’t meet my needs because of my credit. Cricket? Don’t even get me started. I was ready to give up completely.

But then I met Max and Jack — and everything changed.

These two didn’t just “help me.”
They invested HOURS into making sure I didn’t walk out of that store without a real solution. And the crazy part? You could tell they weren’t doing it for commission, pressure, or a quota. They did it because they actually care. They listened to my entire nightmare experience with other carriers, treated me like a human being, and made sure my business — and my sanity — were protected.

Let me be VERY clear:
Max and Jack should NOT be sales reps. They should be Verizon TRAINERS. Mentors. Leaders. The standard everyone else learns from.

“When I tell you that the employee Tiffany is the best on North Monroe. I had an issue with my Wi-Fi modem. I called Metro on the south side and that person gave my two options: 1 was to come in and purchase another one or $249 before taxes out the door, 2 Was too come in and place an online order for $60 and have it delivered to the store within a 3 to 5 business days but mind you if I need it now I need to give him $249 before taxes out the door. So I called the Metro store that’s on the northside and spoke with Tiffany. She gave me two options: 1 Was to press the reset button to see if that’s was going to help, 2 Was to bring it in and she was going to see how she can help me. School just started back and I know my kids needed Wi-Fi to do their homework so I didn’t have the opportunity to wait on 3 to 5 business days or $249 before taxes out the door to give this man. So I went to go see Tiffany. I had to get another one, but it didn’t cost me $249 before taxes. It actually cost me less than $70 out the door then she told me to call Metro to remove my old Wi-Fi Modem. And that’s what I did my only I save money when I went to go see Tiffany on the North Monroe I also save money when I called Metro to remove the old modem which my bill went from 152 to 130 a month now. Thanks Tiffany for your help!”

Excellent customer service! We drove an hour and a half from another T-Mobile store. That was such a disappointment in customer service to walking into this place seeking the same device as the other T-Mobile store and John was so helpful. He immediately let us know that they didn't carry the model we needed and proceeded to call another store and secure one for us. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and it renews my faith in T-Mobile's customer service capabilities. If you need something definitely go see this guy. It's inside of the Sam's club and you don't need a card to get to it”
