“I wish I could give Hollywood Feed more stars. This place is THE best. Their customer service and employees’ knowledge is excellent. The same day service is awesome, and my dogs get so excited when their food comes in because they always receive little treats and goodies with my deliveries.”

“Excellent service. Had been looking everywhere for a good slip collar for my Boykin puppy and hadn’t been able to find something I liked. When I told them what I was looking for they made exactly what I wanted in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I changed my autoship for my dog’s food from chewy to earthwise yesterday with the goal of supporting a local business. The food was delivered today but it was the wrong size bag. I called the shop and they said they would deliver the correct bag tomorrow. An hour after this phone call, the same woman I spoke with on the phone delivered the correct bag of dog food after the store had closed!! I’ve never had this level of customer service before. Highly recommend getting your pet food and supplies from this store!!! Thank you all again so much!”

“My male hound/lab mix is usually very over reactive with new people to the point I don’t like taking him around anyone very often. He was comfortable with them & they were absolutely amazing/patient with him. When he started to act up over his nail trim, they handled everything quickly/perfectly without a hesitation. They were able to get him under control and get it done which is fantastic because he is very strong for his size & very determined to avoid the nail clippers. They were calm, collected and extremely efficient. Their team is superior and very in sync with each other. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who may have animals that are reactive to either people or certain care services like nail trims. They knew exactly what to do and how to handle his behavior and were so kind to him despite his attitude problem lol. We will be using them for every service they offer that my boy may need from now on. I’m so thankful for how they treated him and for getting the services he needed done. “Store employee Windy went above and beyond to help me buy a riding lawn mower there. Helped me over the phone first with every detail on buying the mower that day, then came to the store after her shift to meet me and finalize the sale. I truly appreciate her and her help. Employees like her are few and far between in today's society.”

“The staff here really care about the animals and they do a terrific job. We adopted a terrific dog 2 yrs ago at a local event and couldn't be happier about it. New changes allow you to walk through and check out the pets on Saturdays, which is a great way to add another member to your family. Donate money and/or pet food when you can!”

“There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for everything the team at PetSmart has done for me and my best friend, Kobe. From the very first visit, we were treated with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. Every employee we’ve met has gone above and beyond to make sure Kobe received the care, attention, and love he deserved. As a pet owner, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your companion is in the hands of people who truly care. Kobe isn’t just a dog—he’s family, and the PetSmart team has always treated him that way. Their patience, professionalism, and heartfelt dedication have made a lasting impact on both of us. Thank you for always taking the time to answer our questions, making us feel welcome, and creating such a positive experience every time we visit. You have given us peace of mind, happiness, and countless reasons to keep coming back. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you have done. Your kindness will never be forgotten, and we are forever grateful for the love and care you have shown Kobe. We highly recommend PetSmart to anyone looking for a place where pets are truly treated like family. With sincere gratitude, Shawn McKinnon & Kobe”
