The bank manager receives special thanks for dedicated help. The location is commended for its professional and caring service.
My personal experience is that Wells Fargo didn't do enough to protect a long-time elderly customer. I'm not a huge fan of their competitor with the flag logo. However, they noticed the unusual pattern were able to better protect that customer.

Terrible service, a scheduled and scheduled appointment and 30 minutes sitting inside waiting to never be attended to and without people inside the bank, what's the point of having an appointment, we also have things to do and have our time
