Love Sam's Club gas station. I've seen that it's closed and a couple reviews about that as well. I just called and they said it'll reopen in about 3 weeks (today is 8/15/25). Just an FYI, because I didn't see anywhere a time-line of when they'd reopen.”
“I called Sam's Club Pharmacy about an OTC medication ?. Received a live person quickly. She was quite polite and courteous. She advised that the medication was in stock and provided price. Pick up later that day. Will return.”
“Amazing and thoughtful staff! I ran 5 minutes behind due to a wreck and rerouting from the accident. The gladly stayed and helped me get my scripts. George and the rest team very well could have said “sorry we’re closed at 6:00 on Saturday.” They cared about the club and its members. You don’t see this nowadays, retail services can be very transactional. Costco Pharmacy is not simply transactional!”
“Have been a member of the Costco Stores for somewhere around 17 years. There are items there that I would not buy anywhere else. The membership fee is easily justified. Savings at the gas pump alone cover it for most people.Grab a roast chicken that is twice the size of one at a grocery store and costs 40 to 50% leas than at the grocery store. Batteries are much less expensive than anywhere I have priced them. Paper Towels and Toilet Paper are also a better buy. Kirkland paper towels are gr8, the Kirkland toilet paper - not so gr8. (No one is perfect).”

He changed my tire in no time and did it with a smile on his face even though it looked like he was the only person there working. I want to thank him for everything. Sam’s club give that man a raise! He was great.”
“After I filled my gas tank at Sam's in Tallahassee, my car wouldn't start. The gentleman working the pumps called the auto center and a mechanic,Jaq(?), came and checked my battery before jump starting my car. He told me that I needed a new battery which he told me about the options when I arrived at the auto center. He very polite, kind and patient the entire time.
Both gentlemen went above and beyond helping me today.”

“Really frustrating when you call hearing aid department to get a recording when you need an answer quickly. Left a message two days ago and still no call back. I finally figured it out on my own. Really like Jerry he is patient and knowledgeable. Please hire someone to answer calls and no machine!”
