“The service person Tyler was more than a technician today. He brought an honesty about himself which he shared and we had a human experience that doesn't happen enough in today's world. He's a young hardworking guy and a real person. My friend Al was here at the time and we both remarked to each other that thought after he left. My neighbor stopped by and immediately recognized him from another community even. Seems this fellow is all over the place working and people take notice. Oh and by the way he found the problem (a broken line in a super tight confined spot) and had it fixed in way less the time expected as I saw the difficulty in the line being originally installed at that location at my insistence.”

“My girlfriend and I recently got new iphones. I called and spoke with Nelson, the store manager. We had some questions and needed their help. Nelson said come on in and we will help you. When we came in, Nelson said that Jared will help us. He was very approachable, friendly, considerate and helped us with all of our questions. At one point he became busy with another customer so Richard helped us both and again he was very approachable, friendly, considerate and answered all of our questions. A few days after we had some more questions and Nelson said to come on in. When we arrived a gentleman named Raheem helped us. Boy, let me tell you, this staff is wonderful. Raheem helped us with all of our questions and concerns. These guys are super. My girlfriend and I appreciated all that you all did for us.”
“We always use this T-Mobile location. Saturday my husband and I went in to get new Iphone 15's. Knoah helped up by describing the difference between the 14 and 15. It was close to closing time but he helped get our phone transfer started. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient as other customers came in late. Five star service from Knoah!”

“Tonight Jason represented the epitome of what excellent customer looks and sounds like. His tone, his attitude, his demeanor was all so welcoming from the moment I walked into the store. He assisted me from start to finish with the information needed to return a recently purchased IPhone 16. Then Jason ensured my IPhone 11 was reactivated and all apps and data restored as needed. Per my request, because I’m not familiar with return policy and procedure, Jason restored the IPhone 16 back to factory status, packaged it and taped it for me. So all I need to do now is print label and take to UPS location for shipping. And while all this was taking place, another young lady working brought me 2 T-Mobile glasses from Tuesday giveaways which was not requested but greatly appreciated. The entire experience at this location was phenomenal after calling the Sam’s Sawgrass location where I purchased the IPhone 16 and going by the T-Mobile location closer to my home at 2600 Broward Blvd and not receiving any useful assistance. A big Thank You goes out to Jason and the management team that runs this location. I will make the drive to this Broward Mall location for all future cell phone needs.”

I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. “Vishal is the best! He’s professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was able to remove an Apple Watch from my boyfriend’s account despite us trying to do so on our own with the customer service rep on the phone.
He spent 3 hours on the phone with two different service reps trying to figure out why my phone wouldn’t activate when we switched it to my boyfriend’s account. He walked us through all the possibilities of what was happening/could happen and asked us to come back the next day.
We went back the second day, the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. He called to let us know when he would be in so we could meet him there and not wait more time.
On top of that, he was able to get my original promo to transfer (originally the possibility of it transferring was slim), which saved us even more money.
We will now be going to him for all of our Verizon needs.”

“Last week my i phone decided it no longer wanted to work, so I went into T-mobile and the Fountains was the closest to me during that time. I was greeted by Jai and she immediately began to help me out. It turned out to be a 2 day process due to the phone needing to be updated and backed up. ( I found out later, my icloud had been full since 2023). Jai took her time and helped me every step of the way! Jai is patient, professional and very friendly. Literally makes everyone feel super comfortable. Especially when I have no idea anything about technology. Jai deserves 5 stars! She is definitely a SUPERSTAR AND ASSEST TO T-MOBILE!
