“It was really lit! Yes I may have asked who was working but after I got a person to help me with all of my fashionist, Stick needs, they laid out the table help me put together outfits and really made me the star of the night busting in the streets. If you haven’t stepped inside of the store really missing out, they even have spray ground bags. Shoes and put together outfits for those who have no kind of fashion bone. And they stay open all the way until 10 o’clock. Plus the dude who help me was Jesus. MF Jesus. Get you a piece.”

“Today November first I visited the store for a boucher that my company gave for a work boot which was not available until Monday. But I bought a pair of sneakers. I was guide for Robert. He made a couples of tests that nobody in my life did before.I was treated very sweet like my mother or my father when I was a child. Robert tested the shoes and the work boot , tied for me .I walked inside I paid for the sneakers and I left the store wearing it.(I will pick up the work boot on Monday). The best pair of sneakers that I had ever wear in my life and the most important thing for me the way that Robert treated which was the best treatment since 2011 when arrived to USA. When somebody treated like Robert did you feel like at home. I still believe in a good treatment to the customer. You feel very importante how should be like years ago. THANK YOU ROBERT, I APRECIATE YOU. And thank you to Red wing too. If there were thousands of stars for review , I selected them.”

“Had an incredible experience in the store. The employee who helped me was named “Alex” and he was extraordinary. Could tell from a distance I had confusion and asked if he could help before I was fully aware I was struggling. He went to the back and found everything I needed in correct sizes. “While I find your prices a little too high compared to other stores, the attention I received by the staff at the lauderdale lakes store was first class, specially an older cuban gentleman - Jose I think is his name - who works there and who's patient, courteous and amicable. It feels like nowadays customer service is dead and then people like him reminds you that it is is still alive and well.”

“I went here looking for a couple pair of comfortable, stylish everyday arch fit shoes and found what I wanted right away. The sales lady was very helpful and friendly. She went to the back of the store to search for a pair of shoes that I wanted and brought them out for me. Great service, great shoes and a good price. Winning!”
“Store seems to work fine now. It was unusable before, not sure why you’re trying to argue that. I did my testing to ensure it wasn’t my end. Either way I bumped it up 2 stars. I’m simply bringing the problem to your attention and the rating was justified if you considered the customers point of view of a completely unusable site (at the time)”

I am here on vacation and I will come back to this mall just because of this store, the amazing prices, and the quality of treatment i got from Josie. Everyone should aspire to have customer service in their store like the way i received today. When i was in line holding alot of clothing, josie came to me and took all the clothes from me and set on the counter so i can rest my arms. i didnt even have to ask. then she neatly folded everything and took great care with the clothes. you can tell she really cares about her job and wants to do a good job. everyone was in a good mood and i was happy with my purchase. i will definetly be back. i had a great experience. and im not gonna lie- i was a bit hesitant to go here because i have never been to a factory store and i thought it was going to be damaged stuff, but i was super impressed!!”
