never get a manager special. this compact car cost me more than anywhere else. the best thing about my experience was the employee at the car pick up.

Horrible. Bad customer service. Unless you upgrade and buy all the extras, they won't help you. Andy at Tampa Airport is the nastiest. He hates his job so it reflects the way he treats customers.

Was helpful when my reservation wasn't good at other place. Got a nice clean car without a credit card.
