Bought a new washer and dryer in the spring and had my first problem with any appliance where the washer failed. Andy at Tate was very efficient at getting me taken care of and getting a replacement sent out. “On/Off light stopped working on 10 year old Dans Fans in New Tampa. Manager Alex Hibbeln took one look at broken switch and gave me a new one. He even stripped wire ends and gave me two small wire nut for installation. Talk about service!!!!”

“I recently went in store to purchase a new washer/dryer set that I saw online. When I went in unfortunately they didn’t have the set I wanted in stock. So the manager let me know he would order my set and call me to set up an account over the phone. The manager (forgot his name) followed up with me two days after my initial visit to confirm I still wanted to place the order. He advised me that the set would be ready for delivery Friday. When Friday came he called and set up everything over the phone. We were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guy Gavin was amazing! I had an old washer and dryer in the area where I needed the new set to go and Gavin was more than willing to help me move it. He was extremely nice and efficient! Set up felt like it only took 5 minutes!!! I really appreciate the AMAZING service I received at this location!!! Good customer service is hard to find, so thank you guys so much for all your help!!!!”

“Good experience, as with most IKEA stores. On arrival, decide at what point (if any) you will have meatballs, plantballs, salmon or cod (new!) in the cafeteria, which is easily accessible either as you enter or exit the showroom maze upstairs.
Be sure to sign up for the IKEA family program online to claim your free coffee or tea on every visit. As with any cafeteria, don't forget to grab a tray before you get in line. You'll encounter the desserts first, where you may want to consider the curiously good (and not too sweet) Kafferep almond bowtie thingy. Pick up a salad if you want, and head to the steam table for your entree. If that still doesn't look like enough, pick up a garlic toast from the self-serve area. Just before the cash register remember to get a cup for your hot or cold beverage (which you will fill after paying).
If you wait to eat until after checkout, you can get a quick hot dog or slice of pizza in the bistro downstairs (not to mention ice cream).
Wind your way through the showroom upstairs and see all the things, making note of the bin location for large items you want to pull from the warehouse shelves downstairs (just before the registers). Look at the staged rooms for ideas on how to use items like shelves & lighting. When you're done with the showroom upstairs, head the the downstairs maze to pick up small items like kitchen doo-dads, lighting, picture frames, shelves, towels, sheets, rugs, fake plants, etc. (placed directly in your cart, like any retail store). Exit to the warehouse area and pick up any flat packed items from the bins you noted earlier (first grabbing a flat cart, if needed). Finally, head to check-out (and, optionally, the bistro).
There is also a food store on the other side of the cash registers where you can pick up some of the same items you saw in the cafeteria, like frozen fish and dessert items. There's a separate self-service terminal in that area to pay for those items.

“After years of putting off getting replacement slats for my King Bed, I finally made time to go to Home Depot on Florida Ave. on 10/16/23. So, we walked over to a couple Staff that worked inside the store and asked where we could get a few Wood Slats cut down to size and was told which area to go to. Upon hearing this another Staff member offered to help us right away do that we didn't have to wait too long. Luckily,I had brought a Bed Slat from home to measure it against the New ones I had planned on purchasing. So, this very nice man expertly cut down the new slats I needed perfectly and even supplied us with a cart to transport the New Slats on. I am so happy that I went to Hone Depot First instead of a furniture store or I would have probably been subjected to buy a whole New Bed Frame or whole Pairs of Slats when I only need about 4-5.”

“I've been to several Johnstone Supply Houses two things I can say about the one in Brandon and in Tampa the Brandon staff is wonderful their friendly courteous and if you want ice and get ice they're the one in Tampa is independently owned and those people will get you whatever you want or need at one point in time they had a process Chiller on the display for and from what I understand everything they have in their warehouse in in the rest of the place is bought and paid for they got it going in Tampa Brandon I know you're on by a company and you have several stores. But I'll tell you my experience I've been in this industry almost 20 years Ari Michaels the others Trane carrier the other supply houses they can't touch the Johnstone in Tampa or Brandon”
